Love Your Lungs Week is celebrated from June 21st to June 27th, aiming to raise awareness about lung health and how to maintain and protect our lungs.

  4. Have a smoke-free house – Do not smoke or allow others to smoke inside. Smoking is a leading cause of lung cancer, responsible for over 70% of cases.
  5. Use chemical-free products – Opt for products that are free of harmful chemicals and are allergy-friendly to reduce indoor air pollution.
