Join The FebFast Challenge
The challenge is to pause for a cause this February and give up alcohol, sugar or another vice of your choice for the month of February – all to support disadvantaged young people aged 12 to 25 across Australia.
It is the perfect excuse to kick-start the year with a little good health and good will.
Across Australia, thousands of people give up alcohol or sugar for the month of February to raise vital funds for young people experiencing serious disadvantage to access the resources and support they require to lead healthy and fulfilling lives.
We know a month without sugar or alcohol can sound daunting. It wouldn’t be a challenge otherwise! But, we’ll arm you with the tools and resources you need to keep on track throughout the month as a registered febfaster. We’ll be with you every step of the way!

The Difference You’ll Make
Your FebFast will enable young people experiencing serious disadvantage to access the resources and support they need to lead healthy and fulfilling lives.
We’re building a supportive community where all young people are valued, included and have every opportunity to thrive.
Your support will help us reduce the severity and frequency of substance use and mental health issues – as well as antisocial and self harming behaviour in young Australians.
If you’ve got a birthday or celebration you’d like to let your hair down at, that’s OK – just grab yourself a FebFast Leave Pass and give yourself a 24 hour time-out from your time-out 🙂!
