Strawberry Mango Spring Smoothie

Makes 3.5 cups

  • 5 large strawberries
  • 1 mango cut into chunks
  • 1 banana, peeled, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Makes 3 cups

  • 1 cup pureed pumpkin
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • handful dried cranberries
  • 1 cup almond milk

  • ¾ cup soy milk

 

Strawberry Delight Smoothie

Makes 3 cups

  • 6 frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup plain, non-fat yogurt
